Empowering People to lead a Quality Life

We are a registered social enterprise in Kenya Championing Diversity and Promoting Inclusion.

Our vision is to Make Inclusion an Everyday Reality at the Workplace and to build Socially Cohesive Societies.

In Kenya we run several initiatives including the National Diversity and Inclusion Awards & Recognition (DIAR Awards), the Inclusive Diversity Africa Conference (IDAC), Mosaic Magazine, The Tribes Summit renamed Project 70+ and the All Tribes Against Tribalism Peace Walk (ATAT). We also offer tailor made DEI Trainings, Workshops and Leadership Development, conduct Accessibility and Usability Audits, consultancy services on Diversity, Equality and Inclusion and surveys on DEI.

We envision to replicate some of our initiatives in other African Countries, the whole of Africa and to the world.
